At Shape Wear For Her, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund — no hassle, no runaround.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags still attached
- In the original packaging (if possible)
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at support@shapewearforher.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shapewearforher.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement as long as they haven't been processed or shipped yet. To cancel, email us at support@shapewearforher.com as soon as possible with your order number.
