1. Agreement to Pay

By submitting an order on our website, you authorize Shape Wear For Her to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including the cost of products, applicable taxes, and any shipping fees. This authorization is given at the time of purchase and is a one-time charge per order.

2. One-Time Transactions Only

Shape Wear For Her does not offer subscription services or recurring billing. Every purchase is a single, one-time transaction. You will never be charged automatically or on a recurring basis without your explicit consent for each individual order.

3. Billing Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information at checkout, including your name, billing address, and payment details. Inaccurate billing information may result in payment failure or order cancellation. Shape Wear For Her is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect billing information provided by the customer.

4. Charge Timing

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email as proof of your transaction. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled and no charge will be applied.

5. Order Cancellation & Billing

If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placement and before it has been processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds for cancellations are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Refunds

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with a charge on your account, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued promptly.

9. Failed Payments

If your payment fails at checkout, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. Shape Wear For Her is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank due to a failed payment attempt.

10. Taxes & Additional Fees

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shape Wear For Her is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank, including foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees.

  • Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping usually takes 10-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you haven't received your tracking info within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • We want you to love your shapewear! We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Contact our support team to start a return.

  • Yes! If the size isn't quite right, we're happy to help you exchange it. Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll send you the new size and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.

  • While hand washing is best, we understand it's not always practical. If you use a washing machine, place your shapewear in a mesh laundry bag and use the delicate cycle with cold water. Always air dry—never use the dryer, as heat can break down the elastic.
